Agent Partnership Program
We have created our agent partnership program as a way for real estate agents to provide their clients/sellers with a feasible option for selling their home.  We guide you and your client through the short sale process in order to attain a successful closed transaction.

The agent partnership program is designed to create an "everyobody wins" situation.  You, the agent, win because you now have a listing that can sell and will eventually yield a commission.  Your client wins because they can now sell their house at a price that will get them out from under their mortgage.  The seller's lender wins because they avoid having to potentially foreclose on yet another property.

If you are working with a seller you feel might be in a distressed situation and MUST sell their home, please feel free to contact us to discuss the details. After a few basic questions, we can tell you if your client is good candidate for a short sale.

How We Help:
  • You won’t end up working for nothing!  In many cases, foreclosure is looming over your client due to the inability to make their mortgage payments.  A short sale can prevent a foreclosure and allow you to get paid for your hard work rather than lose the listing all together.
  • You don't have to deal with the lender.  We handle all of the negotiating, consultations, phone calls and paperwork associated with the short sale transaction. You can spend your time working other deals.
  • We know how to implement pricing strategies that are specific to short sale properties.
  • We pay referral fees between 25% and 30% depending on the situation.

As some of you may already know, the short sale process is generally lengthy, frustrating and tedious. Most short sale transactions take at least 2 months to close. To give yourself to best chance of getting your client approved for the short sale in fastest time frame possible, it is very important that you work with someone who has both the experience and knowledge of the short sale process. Not only have we been trained by some of the best short sale agents in the country, we have successfully closed short sale transactions with most of the top mortgage lenders in the country.
